The Career Concept takes the idea to take advantage of the meeting of international experts in order to inspire future generations for a professional orientation in the railway sector and to assist them to enter such professions.
The Career & Education Hall with its Career Pavilion serves a central meeting point where job seekers can make direct contact with the exhibitors’ human resources departments.
Some 3,500 students from various countries including Sweden, Russia, Korea, Japan and China visited last InnoTrans.
Career & Education Hall
The Career & Education Hall combines the topics of careers, training and the sciences under one roof according to the official slogan "Creating a successful future together!". This offers a wide-ranging platform to assist young professionals, students and pupils with a background in railway technology to begin and pursue a career in the rail industry.
Universities located in Germany and abroad, specialized publishing companies and associations as well as also personnel and recruitment agencies present their offerings in the Career & Education Hall. It is also the place for job seekers to obtain individual advice from companies’ human resources staff.
All exhibitors of the Career & Educational Hall can be found here.
The Career Pavilion is the key area of the Career & Education Hall and provides companies an additional supplementary platform for presentations and communication, separate from the main booth at the trade fair to engage with the topics of supporting young professionals, training and careers.
Participants of the Career Pavilion of InnoTrans 2018 can be found here.
Exhibitors can use the Career Forum to hold lectures to present their companies and career opportunities their industry offers. Besides that, they will answer the questions of job starters and young professionals during informal information sessions.
All lectures can be found in our event overview.
The Career Point with its distinctive round logo is a signal and guide at the same time.
It identifies the booths of those exhibitors and associations outside of the Career & Education Hall which provide information about career entries and career opportunities in the industry and helps interested students, pupils and young professionals with a background in the railway sector to orientate themselves.
Participating companies marked with a Career Point are also highlighted at the Virtual Market Place®, the guide, the hall plans and the InnoTrans App.
