Product description

The core element of the WSP software family is the ProSig® planning system for planning and design of signal systems, cable systems and cable routes.

This system is successfully being employed in engineering offices, industrial railways, research and training of Deutsche Bahn as standard software.

The ProSig® software system comprises extensive functions for support of the preparation of track layout plans, signalling layout plans and the preparation of schematic and cabling plans.

Saved data structures allow the execution of feasibility studies and automatic plan generation as well as easy evaluation of drawings for the creation of bills of material.

The ProSig® CAD system is a tool which was proven in practice in the area of control and safeguarding technology, allowing a reduction of planning costs and an increase of planning quality.

ProSig® supports the creation of safeguarding technology planning documentation and allows the planning to be performed efficiently and with controlled quality.

The functional scope of ProSig® depends directly on the planning requirements and supports the creation of the following planning types: signal layout plan, signal overview plan, isolation plan, cable route plan and cable overview plan as well as the safeguarding reference book.

The structure of this planning documentation, which features a high degree of redundancy, is ensured by the system approach, which is based on a database.
