Our company
We are a leading IT consultancy in the field of planning and optimization of business processes. Ab Ovo is divided into two business units and has offices in the Netherlands, US, China and Denmark.

Business Unit Rail Cargo System (RCS)
In this business unit, we develop and implement an integrated IT system for rail transport companies (RUs) in the freight transport sector, with the aid of which the RU can map all processes relating to order processing, contracts, the handling of freight, train composition and invoicing for cross-border trains "end to end".

Business Unit Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
Our understanding is to solve "planning puzzles" of any kind with the latest IT technology. Here we maintain partnerships with well-known technology companies such as Quintiq and develop customized IT solutions that help our customers solve the most difficult planning issues in the areas of production, logistics, railways and industry. The systems, which contain components such as state-of-the-art optimization algorithms, constraint programming and real-time propagation, always aim at optimally planning resources and making complex planning tasks manageable.
